Fenix Motorsports Heavy Duty OEM-Length Shackles – 1999–2018 Silverado & Sierra 1500

A direct-fit, zero-lift replacement for the factory rear leaf spring shackle on GMT800, GMT900 and K2 Silverado and Sierra 1500 trucks, 2WD and 4WD. The stock shackle is thin stamped steel with a single-pass weld; after two decades of towing, hauling, off-road miles and corrosion, it's a common failure point and the source of a lot of rear-end slop and clunks.

Built In-House

• CNC cut in-house and formed on a CNC press brake
• 3/16" HRPO steel plate with 1/4" thick DOM bushing sleeves
• Fully TIG welded
• Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings with precision-machined steel inner sleeves

Factory shackle length, so there's no change in ride height, driveline angle or geometry. Works with OEM leaf packs, mini packs, helper springs, add-a-leafs and mild lifts that keep the stock shackle geometry.
