Locking Alignment Cam Kit — GM 1500/2500/3500, Tahoe & Yukon | FENIX
Locking Alignment Cam Kit — Stop Your Alignment From Walking
Stock alignment cams have one job: hold camber and caster where the shop set them. Under hard driving, washboard, or repeated off-road impacts, that's exactly where they start to fail — the cam bolts creep, your alignment drifts, and you're back in the shop paying for a re-align that shouldn't have moved in the first place.
The FENIX Built Locking Alignment Cam Kit fixes that at the source. It's a direct bolt-in swap for your stock cams, built to physically lock your alignment settings in place instead of letting them walk every time the suspension takes a hit.
Built to Hold, Not Just Fit
Each kit includes 8 cams, machined from 3/16" 304 stainless steel — material chosen to hold up to years of street and dirt use without corroding or wearing loose at the adjustment point. Once your alignment is dialed in, these cams keep it there. No slow drift over a season of off-road driving, no re-checking your numbers every few thousand miles.
This kit works with stock control arms or our Uniball Upper Control Arms — whichever setup you're running up front, your alignment stays locked in either way. Installation is a straight bolt-in swap for the factory cams. Hardware is available as an add-on option if you need it.
Fitment
This one casts a wider net than most of our GMT800-specific parts — it fits the alignment cam design shared across a big chunk of the GM truck and SUV lineup:
- 1999–2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (2WD/4WD)
- 1999–2018 GMC Sierra 1500 (2WD/4WD)
- 1999–2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 (2WD/4WD)

- 2000–2020 Chevrolet Tahoe (2WD/4WD)

If your GM truck or SUV falls anywhere in that range, this kit fits — GMT800, GMT900, and beyond.

Who This Is For
If you've ever had an alignment shop tell you your camber's off again after a season of off-roading — or you're running a lifted or long-travel setup where cam creep shows up faster than it does on a stock truck — this is a cheap, direct fix for a problem that otherwise just keeps coming back.
